Role Description




The Assistant General Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and quality-driven processes across Mettcover®’s manufacturing and logistics functions. This full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad includes coordinating production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring workflow to meet delivery and performance targets. The role involves supervising and mentoring operations teams, supporting customer service in resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as sales, quality, and R&D; to align operations with business goals.
