Role & responsibilities:
- Should be capable of handling clean utilities, including Water Systems and HVAC. Must have experience in the operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plants, including Softener, UF, RO Systems, Ozone Treatment, MCDP, PSG, Storage, and Distribution Loops. Should be able to independently operate these systems and have hands-on experience in membrane replacement, system regeneration, CIP, CEB, and membrane sanitization.
- Should possess sound knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance, BMS/FMS operation and monitoring, AHU preventive maintenance, facility qualification, and requalification activities.
- Should have experience in recent cleanroom facility projects, including HVAC system erection, commissioning, installation, operation, and performance qualification. Must be well-versed in applicable regulatory requirements.




- Should have knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Water Systems and Engineering Compliance. Will be responsible for routine requalification of HVAC and Water Systems.
- Should have experience in handling departmental QMS activities such as Change Control (CC), Deviation tracking and follow-up, employee training, SOP revision tracking, SOP training compliance, and audit compliance reporting. Must be capable of independently conducting investigations related to HVAC and Water System events.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration activities for clean utilities are performed as per the approved schedule/planner.
- Should have knowledge of AutoCAD and be capable of preparing site layouts, HVAC system drawings, Water System P&IDs;, and related engineering documents.
