About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Executive to support media relations, client servicing, content development, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a PR agency, possess strong media relationships, and be passionate about storytelling and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute PR campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, bylines, award entries, and other communication materials.
- Conduct media outreach and secure quality media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports.
- Coordinate interviews, press interactions, media briefings, and events.
- Assist in developing communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news.
- Collaborate with internal teams including digital, design,



and content for integrated campaigns.
- Maintain accurate media databases and reporting documentation.

Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a Public Relations agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong media relations and pitching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
- Existing relationships with national and regional media.
- Experience across sectors such as Corporate, Technology, Healthcare, Education, BFSI, or Public Policy.
- Strong storytelling and content writing abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced agency environment.
