About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who thrives in a rapid-paced, execution-focused environment. You will work closely with the founders, sales team, design team, and external marketing partners to execute marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.

This is not a brand management role. Youll be responsible for driving day-to-day marketing execution - from creating sales collateral and managing LinkedIn content to coordinating with our marketing agency, tracking campaign performance, improving our website presence, and supporting lead generation initiatives.

Youll own multiple marketing activities simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every initiative contributes towards building Abstrabits brand, credibility, and sales pipeline.
What youll Do
- Execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage content calendars for Abstrabits LinkedIn page and leadership profiles.




- Collaborate with founders to transform ideas into high-quality marketing content.
- Coordinate with designers to create presentations, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, proposal templates, demo videos, website assets, and other sales enablement materials.
- Publish and optimize website content to improve SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Monitor website traffic, visitor behaviour, and campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements where needed.
- Support inbound lead generation through content marketing, landing pages, downloadable resources, webinars, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, customer pain points, and marketing opportunities.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and prepare weekly reports on campaign performance, website metrics, social media growth, and lead generation.
