Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting client outreach efforts. Daily tasks include generating leads, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals and service offerings.



The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, follow-up on prospects, and contributing to strategies that expand the company’s client base and service portfolio.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation experience and the ability to build and manage prospect pipelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends and identify potential clients.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or recruitment/staffing services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.
