Skills Required
- Robust technical knowledge of ETP, STP, WTP, UF, RO systems, and treatment processes (ASP, SBT, MBBR, MBR, ZLD, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach to performance monitoring and process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication for client and internal reporting.
- Proven track record in handling end-to-end design & Execution for large-scale industrial and municipal projects.

Job Responsibility
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance activities of ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, DM, MEE, ATFD, Evaporators, and ZLD systems.
- Ensure optimum plant performance and achievement of treated water quality parameters as per regulatory and client requirements.
- Monitor process efficiency, identify operational and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all treatment processes.
- Ensure maximum plant uptime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices.




- Familiarity with processes like sedimentation, anaerobic treatment (UASB), and tertiary filtration.
- Managing high organic load effluents (high COD/BOD), detergents, and food residues.
- Sound understanding of water quality testing, environmental norms, and legal compliences.
- Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives.
- Ensure workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards.
- Ensure plants operate within design parameters and meet effluent standards.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reports from site engineers.
- Monitor and optimize plant performance, utility consumption, and downtime.
- Deploy contingency measures during breakdowns and critical failures.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for client interactions at O&M; sites.
- Attend client review meetings, prepare technical presentations, and handle esclations.
