The Site Incharge will be responsible for overall site execution, coordination, and supervision of civil works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Management
- Oversee complete site operations and daily construction activities
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely project completion
2. Team & Contractor Management
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, and site workforce
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity
3. Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in all civil works (RCC, finishing, structural works)
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Ensure usage of approved materials

Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
- Track project schedules and milestones
- Resolve site-related issues proactively
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures at site
- Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations
6. Billing & Documentation
- Verify measurements and contractor bills
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Track material usage and minimize wastage
