Role Description

The Junior Associate will work full time, based in Ahmedabad, as part of the Litigation team, supporting senior counsel across civil, commercial,



and regulatory disputes. Day to day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, applications, replies, affidavits, and legal notices, conducting case law and statutory research, preparing case briefs and hearing notes, and assisting with trial preparation. The role involves tracking cause lists and hearing dates, coordinating with local counsel and court staff, maintaining matter files and case status trackers, and supporting appearances before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums as required. The Junior Associate will collaborate closely with the litigation team, liaise with clients on case updates when required, and contribute to clear, well-structured legal drafting and case documentation.

Qualifications
- Recognized law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with solid academic performance and enrollment with the Bar Council
