We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor to join our School of Retail Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and excellent teaching skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and deliver high-quality lecture materials and assessments for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals and conferences.
- Mentor and guide students on their projects and theses.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve academic goals.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve their understanding of retail management principles.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or a related field,



preferably in retail management.
- Solid knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering online courses is an added advantage.
