As a Client Account Manager, of the Company, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Reporting To: Operations Manager

In your role as Client Account Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of financial accounting services for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, control, and service excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high operational and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting Operations

You will oversee and ensure effective execution of end-to-end financial accounting activities, including:
- General Ledger accounting
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- AP payments processing, vendor payouts, and oversight of disbursement activities
- Month-end and year-end close processes
- Financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
- Monitoring SLAs/KPIs and ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Managing operational issues and ensuring timely resolution

Team Management & Leadership





You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Accounts Executives, including:
- Supervising day-to-day activities and workload allocation
- Reviewing team outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Driving team productivity and adherence to SLAs/KPIs
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
- Fostering a high-performance and accountable team setting

Client Transition & Onboarding

You will support and coordinate client onboarding and transition activities by:
- Participating in process mapping, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Identifying transition risks and supporting mitigation plans
- Ensuring seamless handover into steady-state operations
- Building effective working relationships with client stakeholders during transition
