Role Description
The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading interior design projects from initiation to completion. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, and coordinates with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The Senior Project Manager monitors site progress, conducts regular inspections,



and addresses issues quickly to maintain design integrity and build standards. Daily tasks include managing logistics and procurement, tracking materials and equipment, expediting orders, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. The role also involves guiding junior team members, facilitating client meetings, and ensuring each project meets both functional and aesthetic objectives while staying within scope and budget.

Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with proven experience leading end-to-end interior or construction projects.
- Experience as an Expeditor, with the ability to track orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve delays across multiple vendors and suppliers.
