Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Associates who are passionate about helping learners transform their careers.

As a Business Development Associate, you will counsel prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend the right upskilling programs, and guide them through the complete enrollment journey. You will play a key role in driving admissions and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities





* Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.

* Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.

* Counsel learners on SAP, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, AI, Cloud, and other career-focused programs.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment.

* Build trust through timely follow-ups and personalized counseling.

* Handle objections confidently and assist learners in making informed career decisions.

* Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.

* Maintain accurate learner information and sales activities in the CRM.

* Coordinate with Operations for a smooth onboarding experience.

* Submit daily activity reports and sales updates.
