Qualifications and Experience :

-B.E. / B.Tech (M.E. / M.Tech preferred) in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Embedded Systems Engineering.

-12–16 years of progressive experience in electronics systems / embedded product development, with at least 3–4 years in a team-leadership or managerial capacity.

-Demonstrated track record of taking electronic products from concept to mass production.

-Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, smart-home, or related connected-product industries strongly preferred.

Industry preference :

-Home Appliance, automotive , Electronic goods, consumer durables

Skill Set :




- Deep knowledge of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-M) and low-power design techniques.
- Proven capability in hardware-firmware co-design and system-level debugging.
- Understanding of IoT system architecture and cloud / mobile-app connectivity.

Tools, Methods & Standards
- Lab instrumentation – oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and in-circuit debuggers / emulators.
- Engineering methods – DFMEA, design reviews, root-cause analysis, and version control (Git).
- Regulatory and safety standards – BIS / IS, IEC, EMI/EMC, and relevant product certifications.
