CAD Skills:

1. Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills in Catia and UG Nx (Parametric Modelling)

2. Good Knowledge in Top down & Bottom-up Assembly, Skeleton Modelling, Drafting, Sheet metal

3.Positive knowledge of creating BOM Structure in CAD. Strong working knowledge of PLM/Teamcenter/SAP

4. Prepare 3D/2D Assembly, installation drawings and Sub-assemblies of suspension system

5. Very good understanding of GD&T; and part tolerancing as per ASME.

6. Hands on experience in Chassis designing / Frame

Essential:
- Understanding of various brake actuation systems such as hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
- Understanding of various suspension architectures used in passenger car and commercial vehicles
- Integration of EPAS system for electric vehicle.
- Understanding of the steering system of car and commercial vehicles. Ability to perform calculations for Steering efforts, Steering ratio, Torque requirement, etc.
- Experience in Catia V5 and V6 modeling (Surface/Assembly) with PLM. UG NX, Team Center.
