Job Estimation Engineer: -

Position Overview

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets for theme park attractions, water parks, interior fit-outs, façade works, GRC/FRP elements, and turnkey creative projects.

This role requires strong coordination with design, production, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure budget control and profitability.

Project Cost Estimation
- Study architectural drawings, 3D concepts,



and design briefs
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Estimate material quantities (GRC, FRP, MS Structure, Civil, MEP, Interior Finishes)
- Calculate labour, fabrication, transportation & installation costs
- Prepare rate analysis and cost breakups

Tender & Proposal Support
- Prepare tender documents & commercial proposals
- Vendor rate comparison & analysis
- Subcontractor quotation evaluation
- Assist in final bid submission

Budget Control & Cost Monitoring
- Prepare project budget sheet
- Track actual vs estimated cost
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with procurement for optimized purchasing

Site & Execution Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers for quantity verification
- Validate material consumption reports
- Support variation order cost calculation
- Assist in billing & certification process
