Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations or Training & Placement functions.
- Experience working with educational institutions, skill development organizations, aviation, hospitality, or vocational training sectors preferred.

- Robust corporate networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve placement targets.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Data analysis, reporting, and MIS management capabilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
