We are seeking someone with strong formulation and application know-how across water-based, solvent-based, and energy-curing screen inks, who can contribute to our growing and innovation-driven business.

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in a high-margin, R&D-driven; segment, requiring continuous innovation to meet evolving market demands.

Responsibilities
- Screen ink development & process standardization
- SOP creation and implementation
- Customer complaint handling & RCA
- Trials and customer support
- Driving product approvals and technical solutions

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Printing

Required Skills




- Strong expertise in screen ink application & testing
- Hands-on experience in formulation (water-based, solvent-based, UV/energy curing)
- A systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage customer complaints, trials, and technical discussions
- A cooperative team player ready to support business growth

Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Screen ink application
