Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales skilled who can generate, qualify, nurture, and convert leads through structured outbound and inbound sales efforts. The role requires strong communication, persistence, commercial orientation, and the ability to build early-stage trust with prospects. You will play a critical role in creating pipeline, setting up qualified meetings, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and campaigns
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, urgency, and buying potential
- Fix discovery calls, product demos, or founder/CXO meetings for qualified prospects
- Manage lead nurturing cadence across multiple touchpoints
- Maintain CRM hygiene and update every interaction, stage movement, and follow-up status
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership teams to improve conversion quality




- Understand offerings well enough to communicate value proposition clearly and credibly
- Handle objections at first level and keep prospects engaged through the buying journey
- Support proposal follow-ups, commercial discussions, and closure coordination where needed
- Track weekly pipeline metrics such as outreach volume, lead qualification, meetings booked, demos done, and conversions

Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 years of experience in inside sales / business development / lead generation / B2B sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up discipline
- Exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, consulting, IT services, or high-value solution selling is preferred
- Ability to understand business pain points and map them to offerings
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales trackers, and basic proposal coordination
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and target orientation
- Good liste
