Experience Requirements Total Experience: 10–12 Years Relevant Scrum Master Experience: 2–5 Years Technical Background: 6–8 years of hands-on Java development before transitioning to Scrum Master. Mandatory Requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM or equivalent) – Mandatory. 6–8 years of hands-on Java development (preferably Spring Boot). Strong technical background in enterprise Java application development. BFSI domain experience is mandatory. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies. Coach Agile teams on Scrum best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers,
and stakeholders. Remove impediments and manage delivery risks. Track sprint progress using Jira and Confluence. Ensure Agile process compliance and continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide project status updates.
