Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Mohali district. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of skill development initiatives,



ensuring that training programs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. The role includes coordinating with trainers, industry partners, and internal teams, managing project documentation, and tracking progress against defined milestones. The Project Manager will handle resource allocation, risk identification, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with relevant government and sector skill council guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve stakeholder communication, reporting on project performance, and continuous improvement of processes to enhance participant outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
