Looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultants with strong experience in Benefits or Compensation modules to support implementations, enhancements, and BAU operations. This role requires a balance of functional expertise and strong technical skills.
? Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Advantages / Compensation modules
Work on end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and BAU support
Gather requirements and interact directly with business stakeholders
Develop and maintain:
BI Publisher / OTBI reports
HCM Extracts
Fast Formulas
Support integrations with downstream systems/vendors
Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and production support
? Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Benefits OR Compensation
Hands-on expertise in:
Reports (BIP/OTBI), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas
Experience in implementations + support (BAU + enhancements)
Good understanding of configuration and functional processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
