Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions, expenses, revenues, and accounts payable/receivable related to travel services.
Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized physical and digital files.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate management reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance, trends, and areas of concern.

Expense Management:Review and approve travel-related expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to optimize travel-related expenditures.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and track invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain healthy cash flow.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate tax returns related to travel operations,



ensuring compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws that may impact the travel industry.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights into the profitability of different travel services, customer segments, and destinations.
Support decision-making by providing financial recommendations based on analysis.

Auditing and Compliance:Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and information.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
