Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth for Hamilton Medical’s ventilation solutions within the assigned region. This role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building solid relationships with hospitals, clinics,



and healthcare professionals. The Sales Manager will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, support tender and bidding processes, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, clinical application specialists, and customer support. Daily activities involve tracking sales performance, preparing forecasts and reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring that customer feedback is shared with relevant stakeholders. The role also requires regular field visits, training sessions for customers, and participation in conferences or trade events to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
