Role Overview

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Kaseya,



you will lead high-impact, cross-platform technical programs that span multiple SaaS products, engineering organizations, and business functions. You will operate as a force multiplier for engineering and product leadership driving execution rigor, dependency management, and delivery predictability across complex initiatives such as platform integrations, modernization efforts, reliability improvements, and enterprise-scale launches.

This role requires strong technical depth, systems thinking, executive communication, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.
