We are seeking a highly skilled Senior
Accessibility (A11y) Test Engineer
to support Google-aligned products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Accessibility Testing & Validation

Perform manual and automated accessibility testing on web, Android, iOS, and cross‑platform interfaces.

Validate compliance with
WCAG 2.1/2.2

ARIA standards
,
Section 508
, and
Google’s internal accessibility guidelines
.

Conduct testing using assistive technologies, including:

Screen readers (TalkBack, VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)

Switch devices

Keyboard-only workflows (tab, focus order, shortcuts)

Zoom and magnifiers

High-contrast and color-blindness simulation tools

Issue Identification & Reporting

Document A11y defects with transparent steps, expected vs actual behavior, severity rating, and remediation guidance.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure issues are understood, reproducible, and resolved efficiently.
