About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Upper Primary Coordinator to lead the academic and operational activities of the Upper Primary Section (Grades VI–VIII). The ideal candidate will support the Principal in ensuring academic excellence, effective curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, student development, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the academic and administrative activities of Grades VI–VIII.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and timely syllabus completion.
- Mentor and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and innovative teaching strategies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement plans where required.
- Plan and coordinate unit tests, examinations, remedial classes, enrichment programmes, and academic interventions.
- Promote experiential, inquiry-based,



and competency-based learning practices.
- Organize academic competitions, club activities, assemblies, exhibitions, and co-curricular programmes.
- Support admissions, parent interactions, parent-teacher meetings, and orientation programmes.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, CBSE guidelines, and child safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Principal and other coordinators to achieve institutional goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Master's degree in a relevant subject is preferred.
- 4–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Coordinator, Academic In-charge, or Senior Teacher.
- Experience in CBSE or other recognized school boards is preferred.
