Aevitas IT is looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Recruiter / SAP Bench Sales Recruiter to support our growing US staffing and SAP consulting business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT recruitment, SAP recruitment, bench sales, consultant marketing, vendor management, and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable SAP professionals, marketing available consultants, generating client requirements, coordinating submissions, and successfully placing consultants on US-based projects.

This position requires excellent knowledge of the US staffing process, SAP technologies, employment classifications, vendor networks, job portals, and consultant marketing strategies.

Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP contract, contract-to-hire, and full time requirements in the US market.
- Source qualified SAP consultants through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
- Recruit consultants across SAP technologies, including:

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, project experience, location, visa status, availability, and rate expectations.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate candidates technical experience, communication skills, project background, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Format and customize consultant resumes according to client requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between consultants, account managers, vendors, and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, onboarding, and placement process.
