Role Overview

As a Site‑Level Process Technology Engineer,



you will serve as the technical backbone of your local manufacturing site while operating as an integral member of a global technology network. You will support the full product lifecycle—from early development and prototype builds to mass production and aftermarket manufacturing, ensuring robust processes, consistent quality, and seamless alignment with global standards.

This role requires balancing the agility and specialized knowledge of a smaller site with the capabilities, best practices, and innovation pipeline of a global catalyst production organization. You will contribute your site’s unique expertise while expanding your competencies through active participation in global development, production, and technology initiatives.
