Role Description
The Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures that support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across Lexes Technologies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves working closely with product, engineering,



and business teams to understand data needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ETL/ELT processes, managing data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality and reliability, and integrating data from multiple internal and external sources. The role also includes monitoring data infrastructure performance, enhancing security and governance, documenting data models and processes, and mentoring junior data team members. A successful candidate will contribute to building a up-to-date data ecosystem that supports both Recruitment Solutions and Learning & Development initiatives.
