We are seeking an audit professional to work with us to develop and deliver a disciplined approach of evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the companys control, governance and risk management processes, and report the results to senior management.
The Deputy Manager will participate in the audit planning, fieldwork testing and reporting of allocated assignments, while also supporting effective team coordination and execution. This will involve designing the required tests for execution, performing the detailed testing, guiding and collaborating with team members, and vetting the potential findings with key business liaisons. The role includes drafting reports, following up on issues and agreed action plans, and ensuring alignment within the team to meet timelines and quality standards. The Deputy Manager will have an prospect to learn about all of our Divisions, mentor or support junior team members, and have frequent exposure to senior management within the Company. There might also be an opportunity for international travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk-based audits. This includes supporting the Audit Manager in the timely delivery of each audit assignment including, but not limited to, scoping the assignment, detailed testing of the scope area, agreeing findings and escalating where required.
- Document the results of audit work in accordance with the internal requirements and IIA standards.
- On occasion, perform work paper reviews and coaching of more junior members of the team on allocated audit assignments.
- Drafting finding (s) for the audit report, and on occasion draft the full audit report.
- Need to participate in Functional initiatives including workshops, trainings, etc.
- Promotes staff development through real-time coaching and feedback.
- Actively participates or leads department strategies and initiatives.
