Role Description
The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving business targets and ensuring smooth branch operations. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, guiding the branch team on home loan products, and monitoring lead generation and conversion. The Assistant Branch Manager will maintain high standards of customer service,
handle escalations, and ensure timely processing of loan applications and documentation in line with company policies. The position also includes managing compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, reviewing branch performance metrics, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives.
