We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Junior Recruiter (available for an Intern-to-Full-Time track or immediate Full-Time entry-level role) to join our growing HR team. You will work closely with senior HR team members to source, screen, and onboard top-tier talent, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and startup HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Sourcing
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus hiring).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls,
and assess candidate alignment with VMax values and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist in building and maintaining active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and internal employee referral programs.
Onboarding HR Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day onboarding processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for success on day one.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment dashboards, and HR documentation.
- Support the HR team in organizing internal employee engagement activities and culture-building events.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field).
