Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Analyst to join our Debt Syndication team. The role offers exposure to end-to-end debt fundraising transactions, including financial analysis, credit evaluation, lender coordination, and transaction execution for SME and real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and business performance to assess clients' funding requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for SME working capital facilities and real estate construction finance.




- Conduct financial and credit analysis to evaluate debt servicing capacity and overall creditworthiness.
- Develop financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses to support financing decisions.
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to source and execute debt transactions.
- Collect, review, and analyze financial, legal, and operational documents required for credit assessment and loan processing.
- Assist in structuring financing solutions that align with client requirements and lender credit policies.
- Monitor the progress of loan applications and coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal teams through to final disbursement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, Part-qualified ACCA, CA Intermediate, or FRM will be an added advantage.
