Business Development Manager Microsoft with 5+ years of experience

Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies and enterprise sales We re looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships and help organizations adopt Microsoft solutions that accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Your Mission:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Security, Modern Workplace, Copilot, and related cloud services.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored Microsoft solutions that align with their digital transformation goals.




Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, partner engagement, and client referrals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers, SMBs, and strategic partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with Microsoft teams, internal technical consultants, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design winning customer solutions.
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives to expand market reach.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and customer information using CRM tools.
Stay updated on Microsoft s latest technologies, licensing models, cloud offerings, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
