As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our domain sellers while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with domain sellers, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage the onboarding process for new domain sellers, providing comprehensive guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Monitor and evaluate marketplace performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align marketplace initiatives with company objectives.
- Address seller inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent communication and support.




- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our marketplace and drive growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the domain name, tech, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively address inquiries and concerns.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
