Role Description
The Post-Field Sales Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ernakulam, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves maintaining and developing relationships with existing hotel clients after initial sales are closed, ensuring timely order follow-ups, handling inquiries, and coordinating deliveries and service issues. The Post-Field Sales Executive will regularly visit hotel properties to understand ongoing needs, present product updates,



encourage repeat business, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The role includes preparing basic sales reports, updating customer records, liaising with internal operations for order fulfillment, and supporting the sales team with post-sales activities. The position requires clear communication, consistent follow-through, and a strong customer service mindset to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Robust customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client accounts.
- Sales support and account management abilities, including follow-up, upselling, cross-selling, and basic reporting.
