Must-Have:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro.
- Experience in hardware procurement, deployments, refreshes, and recoveries.
- Proven experience conducting hardware asset audits.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- -Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle including request, procurement, receipt, deployment, maintenance,



refresh, recovery, and disposal.
- Perform hardware procurement activities and ensure alignment with Finance and Procurement.
- Coordinate deployments, refresh programs, recoveries, and secure disposals.
- Maintain and enhance ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB, ITSM, and Procurement integrations.
- Conduct periodic hardware asset audits and support compliance requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Service Desk, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
