Role Description
The Customer Service Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about services such as residential construction, land sourcing, and advisory offerings. The representative will handle service requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up on pending queries,



and ensuring timely communication throughout the customer journey. The role also includes coordinating with operations and sales teams to support a smooth client experience and contributing feedback to improve service processes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, ideally in real estate, construction, or related service industries.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and proactive follow-up.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in similar client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Tamil language
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
