Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.

Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly.

Coordinate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback.

Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer discussions.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and documentation.
