Role Overview

We are looking for an
HR Executive / HR Recruiter
who understands fast-moving creative businesses and can help us hire talent across marketing, events, production, social media, design, business development, influencer marketing, celebrity management, and operations.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-spoken, organised, and comfortable working in a founder-led, high-energy environment where speed, judgment, and hiring quality matter.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across creative,



marketing, events, business development, production, social media, design, and operations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Instagram, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and industry networks.
- Identify candidates from relevant industries such as marketing agencies, event companies, influencer agencies, celebrity management firms, production houses, and nightlife/hospitality brands.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct first-round HR calls, and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
