Role Description
The Assistant Shift Engineer – Forming is a full-time, on-site role based at HNGIL’s facility in Bahadurgarh.
The role involves supervising forming operations on the glass container production lines during assigned shifts, ensuring protected, efficient, and consistent manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring forming machines and related equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to address technical issues, and supporting quality checks to maintain product specifications. The Assistant Shift Engineer will also assist in shift planning, resource allocation, and documentation of production data, while promoting adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. Collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement in process stability and output is a key part of the day-to-day work.
