Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 3–5 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive

with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end business development, lead generation, client

acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent

communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the

ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete business development

lifecycle, from identifying potential clients and generating leads to conducting business

meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

 Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels

including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, industry

events, and market research.

 Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue





targets.

 Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation

activities.

 Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and

competitive opportunities.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

 Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and

business discussions.

 Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with

business objectives.

 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and

decision-makers.

 Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for prospective and existing

clients.

Proposal & Contract Management

 Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial documents, and RFP/RFQ

responses.
