Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer & Administrator with 3 years of experience to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of computer systems, networks, and office IT equipment. The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.




- Install antivirus software and perform regular security updates.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and procurement.
- Support meeting room AV equipment, video conferencing, and printers.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and support tickets.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
