Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage our raw material and finished goods stores, and maintain accurate stock records in our ERP/Excel systems. The role is central to ensuring smooth production flow, timely dispatch, and accurate stock visibility across hardware, consumables, raw material, and trading goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange, organize, and maintain raw material and finished goods stores with proper bin/rack locations and labeling
- Maintain real-time stock records in ERP (Odoo) and Excel inward, outward, and balance stock
- Receive incoming material (raw material, hardware, consumables, trading goods), verify against purchase orders/invoices, and prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
- Issue raw material/consumables against production job cards/work orders, and record consumption




- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for material issue, especially for perishable/aging items
- Monitor minimum-maximum stock levels and flag reorder requirements to the purchase team
- Coordinate with QC for incoming material inspection and quarantine of rejected material
- Maintain documentation for outward dispatch — delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in store areas
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption MIS reports for management
- Support internal and external audits (ISO, statutory) with stock records and documentation
