*Summary & Overview of the Position:*

The Director is a member of the company’s leadership team and is responsible for developing strategies and plans for business development and growth through existing as well as new Technology client business.

If you are a self-starter, proactive, someone who looks to take initiative, and can thrive in a young, entrepreneurial environment, this role will be most suited for you, as you develop and grow your expertise multi geographically. The position is not solely about planning and managing the client and team activities, but also designing, developing, delivering on the operational aspects of client and the team to include;

Primary responsibilities for
Director
include and are not restricted to the following:

Business Revenue Growth and Business Development:

· Maintain revenue from existing book’s for assigned clients. Strategizing, leading, and managing P&L.;

· Leads new business development efforts.

· Responsible for cross selling and up selling opportunities with existing clients.

Strategic Account Management and Planning:





· Lead Company’s existing and potential business to build and deliver strategic operational plans across clients.

· Manage communication strategies and actively consult with key clients regarding various communication strategies to address Public Relations objectives.

· Deliver high quality business strategies, solutions, tools and services to clients which enable them to achieve their communication objectives.

· Knowledge resource for clients and client’s competitive landscape.

· Effectively manage clients to deliver on cost, quality, and timely targets aligned to expected deliverables. This will include weekly, monthly, quarterly client reviews, and own all contract renewal discussions.

Brand building & marketing:

· Become an influencer on Company’s brand positioning.

· Build and maintain relationships with key editors and influential opinion leaders.
