Luxxus Design Studio is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial interior projects in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site activities.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings.
- Monitor material quality and site safety.
- Maintain project timelines and progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct final quality inspections before project handover.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior or construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishing work.
- Solid communication and team management skills.
- Ability to read basic interior drawings.
- Diploma/B.Tech/Civil or relevant field preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites within Ranchi.
