Job Opening: Customer Care Executive (Male/Female)

Job Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Register and create support tickets in the ticket management system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
- Ensure all tickets are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Take complete ownership of customer complaints until resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding diagnostic tests, reports, bookings, and services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and follow up regularly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Candidate Requirements
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in a diagnostics center, hospital, healthcare,



or medical customer care will be preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
