Job Description:
- Closely work with Domain Managers and business requesters to understand the requirement. Partner with the Data Domain Owner, Data Engineering and Data Management Specialists to deliver the domain data strategy.
- Collaborate with global teams and market D&A; teams to gather the requirements and create a backlog.
- Deep dive at the data element level to create the quality source to target mapping.
- Take accountability on the output validation and the UAT support.
- Strong collaboration with Tech team, Project Manager and delivery lead.
- Act as the Data Manager for the domain, ensuring data products meet Bank data policy, standards and governance expectations.
- Translate policy/regulatory requirements into explicit, practical data control requirements.
- Escalate control gaps, control failures and poor monitoring outcomes to accountable owners for timely action.
- Define and maintain domain data controls (preventative/detective/corrective) including scope, frequency and evidence.
