Job Summary

We are seeking experienced
Sales Executives
for our US Outbound Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a proven sales mindset, and experience handling US customers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are motivated by attractive incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States.
- Present company services professionally and identify customer needs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately update CRM and sales records.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in a
US Outbound Sales Process/BPO
.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
(mandatory).
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
