The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals.

As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for understanding students aspirations, counselling them on suitable IT training programs, and supporting them throughout their admission journey.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students and working professionals.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and suitable IT training programs.
- Understand candidates educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Recommend appropriate courses based on individual career aspirations.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, career prospects, and available offers.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students.




- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize admissions and conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM records.
- Resolve candidate queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with admissions, training, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counselling reports.
